Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("TOS") constitute a binding agreement between you and the owners and operators of slutwives.com ("slutwives"), regarding your use of the slutwives website (the "Site"). Please read this agreement carefully. By using the Site you agree to be bound by the TOS and by the slutwives privacy policy. If you do not agree to any provision of this agreement, you should not use the Site or the service. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change by slutwives at any time in its sole discretion and you agree be bound by all modifications, changes and/or revisions. If you do not accept to be bound by any and all modifications, changes and/or revisions of this agreement, you many not use slutwives.com.

Definitions

The slutwives website allows for uploading, sharing and general viewing various types of content allowing registered and unregistered users to share and view visual depictions of adult content, including sexually explicit images. In addition, slutwives contains video content, information and other materials posted/uploaded by users.  Slutwives allows its users to view the Content and Website subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The slutwives website may also contain certain links to third party websites which are in no way owned or controlled by slutwives.  Slutwives assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices of any and all third party websites.  Slutwives cannot censor or edit the content of third party sites. You acknowledge that slutwives will not be liable for any and all liability arising for your use of any third-party website.  Slutwives.com is an electronic form of the Website that the User may use to upload self-made movies or images. Images/movies of death or abuse, and all other offensive or copyrighted material are prohibited.  Slutwives reserves the right to remove files at any time without giving a notice or reason.

Communication

All communications between slutwives and the User will take place in electronic form. The version of each communication that slutwives receives or saves will serve as proof of that communication, unless the User submits proof to the contrary. Terms of use of the Service slutwives grants you permission to access and use the Site as set forth in these TOS, and in exchange you represent, warrant and agree as follows: You will access and use the Site solely for your own personal use; You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using the Site and any content that appears on the Site; You will not use the Site in any illegal manner or for any illegal purpose, in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site, or in any manner inconsistent with these TOS; You will not employ any automated system or tool to use the Site or obtain content or information from the Site; You will not defeat or interfere with any security feature of the Site, or attempt to do so; You will not alter or modify any content or component of the Site; and You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit, for any commercial purpose, any content or component of the Site, or any use of or any access to the Site, without the prior written permission of slutwives.

Intellectual Property

The title to all intellectual property rights to all software made available and to all preparatory material belonging to such software remains exclusively to slutwives or its licensors. The User only acquires a non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, as well as any rights explicitly granted pursuant to these Terms & Conditions or otherwise. The User may not reproduce or make copies of the Service or other materials. The User may not remove or alter any references to copyrights, trademarks, trade names or other intellectual property rights in the software for the Service.  Slutwives may take technical measures to protect the software for the Service. If slutwives has secured the software for the Service with technical security measures, the User may not remove or evade that security measure. The User retains the copyrights to his or her self-made movies and images.

Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SLUTWIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SLUTWIVES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. IN PARTICULAR, AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, SLUTWIVES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (1) ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, OR OTHERWISE OBTAINING ANY CONTENT OR COMPONENT OF THE SITE, EVEN IF IT RESULTS IN THE INADVERTENT TRANSFER OF HARMFUL COMPUTER CODE, SUCH AS VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR SPYWARE; (2) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR DISCLOSURE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR POSTINGS, TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (3) CONTENT OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; OR (4) AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THESE TOS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RETUBE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS BY YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS agreement OR THE USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO slutwives OR $100.

User Submissions

Slutwives permits the submission of video and other communications and the hosting, sharing and publishing of such user submissions. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published and/or uploaded, slutwives does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.  Slutwives allows/permits you to link to materials on the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. More over, slutwives provides an "Embeddable Player" feature, which you may incorporate into your own personal, non-commercial websites for use in accessing the materials on the Website, provided that you include a prominent link back to the slutwives website on the pages containing the Embeddable Player.  Slutwives reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the slutwives website at any time. In addition, you may not modify, build upon or block any portion of the Embeddable Player in any way. You shall be solely responsible for any and all of your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting, uploading and publishing them. Furthermore, with User Submissions, you affirm, represent and/or warrant that: you own or retain the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize slutwives to use all trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, patents, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service; and you will not post, or allow anyone else to post, any material that depicts any person under the age of 18 years and you have inspected and are maintaining written documentation sufficient to confirm that all subjects of your submissions are, in fact, over the age of 18 years. You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User Submission to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. By submitting the User Submissions to slutwives, you hereby grant slutwives a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicense able and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the slutwives Website and slutwives's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the slutwives Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the slutwives Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. The foregoing license granted by you terminates once you remove or delete a User Submission from the slutwives Website.

Entire agreement

These TOS, together with the slutwives Privacy Policy and the slutwives DMCA Page, constitute the entire agreement between you and slutwives and governs your use of the Site. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other services, such as affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. In order to determine what those obligations may be, you understand and agree that it is your responsibility to review any and all terms and conditions of usage and privacy policies with respect to such service, content, or software.
